Effortless IoT is a Chicago-based connected-technology company. This notice describes information handled through this website, project inquiries, and the scheduling link. It does not replace the privacy or security terms of a separate customer agreement.
Information you provide
You may share your name, company, business email, telephone number, location, industry, and project requirements when you contact us. A meeting request may also include your chosen appointment time and any details you enter on the scheduling page.
Please share only what is needed for the initial discussion. Do not submit passwords, access keys, patient information, payment-card details, or other sensitive or regulated information through the inquiry form.
Project inquiries and scheduling
The website explains which inquiry method is available. In email-review mode, the form prepares a draft for you to review and send in your own email application. Preparing that draft does not deliver it to Effortless IoT. When direct delivery is configured, submitted details are sent through our email-delivery service.
Schedule a Call opens a separate Microsoft-hosted booking page. Information you enter there is handled through that service and made available for coordinating the meeting. A link is used rather than an embedded booking form; visiting this website alone does not submit a booking.
How we use and share information
We use the details you share to respond, arrange discussions, understand requirements, and coordinate services you request. Where a project requires a technology or implementation provider, relevant requirements may need to be shared to evaluate fit or fulfill that request.
Website, hosting, email, and scheduling providers process information needed to operate their services. Information may also be disclosed where required by applicable law or to address fraud, misuse, or security concerns. This website does not run advertising pixels; its analytics configuration disables advertising storage, advertising personalization, and Google signals.
Technical information and website providers
Hosting and access services may process IP addresses, browser and device information, request details, timestamps, and security logs to deliver and protect the website. The site uses OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure. Direct inquiry delivery, when enabled, uses Resend. Messages sent through your own email application are also handled by your email provider.
The direct-delivery service uses a hashed network identifier and a temporary request counter to limit misuse. That counter is separate from the inquiry message. Providers may process information in the United States or other locations where their services operate.
Retention and security
Business correspondence is retained according to the needs of the inquiry, the customer relationship, recordkeeping, and applicable obligations. Analytics retention is governed by the settings in the Analytics property and the provider’s practices. Contact us if you need information about a particular record.
No internet transmission or storage system is risk-free. The public inquiry channels are not intended for confidential credentials or regulated operational data. Any project-specific requirements for sensitive information should be agreed before that information is shared.
Privacy questions and requests
Depending on your location and the law that applies, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or restrictions on certain uses of your information. Send a request to info@effortlessiot.com describing the information or interaction involved. We may need to verify your identity and consider legal or recordkeeping requirements before responding.
This website is intended for business users, not children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through it, please contact us so the situation can be reviewed.
